We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and unworn, in the same condition as received
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Initiating a Return

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
